We're always looking for the right people

Not just when we have a vacancy.

If you're someone who genuinely loves what you do, cares about doing it well, and wants to work somewhere that values the same things you do, we'd love to hear from you.

Who we are

Derm Haus is a medically led skin health and aesthetics clinic with two Brisbane locations in Bald Hills and Annerley. We're independent and family-owned, and we've built something we're proud of: a practice where clinical outcomes actually matter, where patients are treated as whole people, and where the team genuinely wants to be there.

We're growing, and as we do, we're looking for people who want to grow with us.

How we hire

We don't always wait for a vacancy to find great people. If we meet someone who's the right fit, we'll find a way to make it work. What we're looking for isn't a list of credentials, it's a particular kind of person: someone who takes their craft seriously, who thinks carefully about their patients, and who wants to work somewhere that holds the same standards they do.

Who we're interested in

REGISTERED NURSES / COSMETIC INJECTORS

You're experienced, clinically grounded, and you care about more than just numbers. You want the time and support to do the job properly. We have strong clinical standards, invest in ongoing development for our team, and take patient outcomes seriously. If that's the standard you hold yourself to, you'll fit right in here.

DERMAL THERAPISTS / DERMAL CLINICIANS

You have strong skills and you want to use them. You're interested in real skin health outcomes, not just running through a treatment menu. We offer access to advanced treatments and devices including RF needling, IPL, chemical peels and more, within a medically led environment that takes the clinical side seriously. If you're someone who genuinely loves this work, we want to hear from you.

WOMEN’S HEALTH GPS

We already offer women's health services connecting skin, hormonal health, and overall wellbeing, and we're looking to expand this in clinic. If you're a GP with a special interest in perimenopause, menopause, or women's health more broadly, we'd love to talk about what that could look like.

ADMINISTRATION / PATIENT COORDINATORS

You're organised, warm on the phone and good at making people feel looked after the moment they walk in. We're growing our front-of-house team and looking for someone to help with our communication channels and patient checkout, initially a Saturday and one afternoon during the week, with room to grow if you want more.

What it's actually like to work here

We're a small, close-knit team across two locations, and we've worked hard to build a place where people genuinely want to show up. Everyone gets an annual training budget to spend on courses, events or conferences, plus ongoing clinical education in-house, because we know a team that keeps learning delivers better outcomes for everyone. We build rosters with you, not around you, and we offer a generous salary based on skills and experience, plus commission. Most importantly, we're guided by values we actually live by: client focus, integrity, quality, and genuinely cheering each other on. They're not on a poster. They show up in how we make decisions and how we treat each other every day.
